Where does Tudu deliver?
We deliver across Ghana, including Accra, Tema, Kasoa, and other regions.
How long does delivery take?
For Accra, Tema, and Kasoa, eligible orders can be delivered within 24 hours, subject to order confirmation and courier availability.
Orders to other regions in Ghana are delivered within 1–2 business days after the order has been confirmed and processed.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes! Tudu offers same-day delivery for eligible orders placed during our business hours, subject to order confirmation and courier availability.
Our business hours are:
- Monday–Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Sunday: Closed
Orders placed on Saturdays may be delivered on Monday, as we are closed on Sundays.
How do I place an order?

What payment methods does Tudu accept?

Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unused and unworn, in its original packaging, returned with all included accessories, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
How long does a refund take?
Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.
When does Tudu cover return delivery fees?
Tudu covers the return delivery fee when you receive a defective or damaged product or the wrong product.
What happens if I receive the wrong or defective item?
Please contact the Tudu team as soon as possible after receiving your order. We will assist you with the return or exchange process in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.
