Yes. Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order.

The item must be unused and unworn, in its original packaging, returned with all included accessories, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.

Tudu covers the return delivery fee when you receive a defective or damaged product or the wrong product.
